Career description:

Steven started his career in the legal profession over 30 years ago and, in that time, he has written over 5,000 Wills and dealt with hundreds of estates, including large complex ones involving cross-border legal issues. He is therefore able to provide advice and assistance on Wills, probate, estate administration and intestate estates of any size or complexity.

As a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, Steven can provide advice and assistance on a broad range of legal matters affecting people as they get older and prides himself on his kind and caring approach to providing legal services.

Advising on trusts to help to protect assets in later life is another area of Steven’s work that is very popular and he’s able to provide a choice of cost-effective solutions on this particular issue.

As Steven is also a member of the Institute of Legacy Management, he’s a safe pair of hands for charity clients that have been named as beneficiaries or executors in a Will and for people wishing to leave some or all of their estate to a charity.
