Norrie Waite & Slater helps raise over £3,000 for St Luke's Hospice charity
Norrie Waite and Slater were delighted to participate in St Luke’s Hospice Will Month which ended on the 30th April 2014.
In all, the firm and clients raised over £3,000 for the charity.
The scheme works by Solicitors at Norrie Waite & Slater donating their time free of charge to write wills for clients. The client then makes a donation to the charity in lieu of paying the firm for its services.
St Luke’s Hospice helps people with cancer as well as other diseases such as Motor Neurone Disease and HIV and the donation will help them to continue offering the high level of service that they do.
Katy Burgin, head of the Wills department at Norrie Waite & Slater said ‘Thank you to all our clients who donated so generously. We as a firm are happy to offer our professional services to assist in such a worthwhile cause’.
