What a wonderful way to start the Christmas season with the Christmas Festival of Music.
This very special, one night only event, hosted at the Octagon Centre in Sheffield on Saturday 16th December saw a packed audience enjoy the most wonderful array of festive music, sing-a-long and feel good family entertainment.
Starring none other than Sheffield’s own musical director Lewis Nitikman, John Reilly and members of Acoustic Angels, special accompaniment and showcase of talents from the amazing Sheffield Community Choir and Stannington Brass Band. Special guests for the evening included singer, songwriter John Parr, Tenor Gareth Lloyd and Soprano Emily Robinson.
Norrie, Waite & Slater were thrilled to be asked to take part in this event and we proudly sponsored the event which was set up to be in support of Cavendish Cancer Support.
Commenting on the evening, Sherryl Kirk said “Sitting in the audience of this fabulous musical event, it was clear to see the amount of hard work that has gone into this show, no only from the people on the stage, but that of all those organising it behind the scenes. What a fabulous way to begin the Christmas festivities. We hope that it raised lots of funds for a worthy charity on the evening too.”
