We are thrilled to introduce our new Solicitor in Residential Conveyancing at Norrie Waite & Slater's Rotherham office!

Meet our newest team member Joanne Caddy, who will be handling all residential property matters in our Parkgate office, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Working closely with our dedicated assistants, they will ensure a seamless conveyancing service from start to finish for all transactions.

Joanne brings a wealth of experience from her impressive background. With a law degree completed in 2010, and qualifying as a solicitor in 2017, Joanne has honed her skills working locally, before joining our team. Joanne is passionate about providing efficient and high-quality customer service, emphasising the importance of communication and flexibility to meet clients' needs. Whether clients prefer in-office meetings, phone calls, or email communication, she is committed to facilitating a smooth and speedy transaction process.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys spending time with family and loves  taking her son swimming or to the park, going to the gym, and exploring the countryside on walks.
